Aaron Roberson, co-founder of Roberson & Roberson P.A., earned both his B.S. and J.D. from the University of Florida. During law school, he was a member of the University of Florida Levin College of Law's Trial Team, where he received training from experienced trial attorneys. He also completed an externship with Judge Paul G. Byron in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, assisting with high stakes litigation.

After law school, Aaron served as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting numerous criminal cases and gaining significant trial experience.

Aaron's practice now focuses on representing employees in employment litigation in federal courts, handling discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, FMLA, and whistleblowing cases throughout Florida. He applies his trial experience to advocate for clients' employment rights.
